We recently stayed at The Richland Hotel in Orange, CA for a business trip with the family, and our experience was nothing short of excellent. The location is unbeatable, conveniently situated near restaurants, shopping, and easy access to major routes, which made both business and family outings a breeze. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodated our every need. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive to both the adults and children in our group, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Our room was spotless, and you could tell that great care is taken in maintaining both the common areas and guest rooms. This was especially important for us traveling with family, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. Overall, The Richland Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Whether you’re traveling for business or with family, this hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We LOVED our stay at The Richland. We booked out the venue for 2 nights for our wedding and it was the best decision ever. Rooms are beautiful, clean, and practical. Service is amazing, responsive, kind, and cleaned up our mess of a get ready room post wedding. A true blessing and gift to us when we woke up that morning! Highly recommend staying here especially because the surrounding Old Towne Orange is so cute.

We got married at The Richland and we loved every moment of it, from the moment we toured till we checked out of their attic suite. Sarah, Bree, the 24 Carrots Catering team and The Richland team were so attentive and so helpful in communication throughout the planning process and the day of. Our stay was so relaxing after our hectic but beautiful day. All of our guests kept complimenting the venue as well.

Our wedding at The Richland was absolutely perfect, exceeding all our expectations! From the moment we toured the venue, we knew it was the right place for our special day. With around 100 guests, the space felt spacious and comfortable, never crowded. There were so many beautiful spots for photos, which made our photographer's job a breeze and resulted in stunning memories we'll cherish forever. The food was absolutely incredible! Our guests raved about the delicious menu, and we were so impressed with the quality and presentation. The staff at The Richland truly went above and beyond. Their attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. They were attentive, professional, and anticipated our needs before we even asked. We also highly recommend renting the two-bedroom cottage on the property. It was incredibly convenient for us and our wedding party, providing a comfortable and relaxing space to get ready and unwind. Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend The Richland as a wedding venue. It's the perfect combination of beautiful spaces, delicious food, and exceptional service.

My husband and I recently got married at The Richland and we absolutely loved our venue!!! From the time we toured, to the booking process, to answering our many questions, Bree & Sarah did an amazing job and made us feel so comfortable! We were so happy with the 24 Carrots team and all the work put into making our wedding day so amazing!
